Disability Equality Training for CAE Kuala Lumpur
We partnered with CAE Kuala Lumpur to deliver Disability Equality Training (DET) for aviation professionals, including cabin crews and pilots. Our program focused on teaching them how to better interact with and assist disabled passengers, aiming to improve the travel experience for everyone. This long term project underscores our dedication to promoting inclusivity in the aviation sector.
Inclusive Hiring Workshop with Petronas Dagangan Berhad
In collaboration with ENOKU, we led a 2-day workshop focused on inclusive hiring practices for the management and HR team of Petronas Dagangan Berhad. The workshop aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary for creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace, emphasizing the importance of accessibility and equal opportunities in the hiring process. This initiative reflects our commitment to enhancing inclusivity across industries and fostering environments where everyone has the chance to succeed.
Accessibility Audit for Shelter Home For Children (UNICEF)
In a vital initiative for UNICEF Malaysia, Creativision99 conducted an accessibility audit at the Shelter Home For Children in Kota Kinabalu. Faced with challenges in accessibility, the shelter was difficult for disabled children to navigate. Our comprehensive audit led to targeted modifications, including the entrance, doorways, and toilets, based on our recommendations. This project significantly improved the living conditions for the children, making the shelter a more inclusive and accessible environment.
Accessibility Audit at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS)
We partnered with UMS to boost inclusivity on campus. Our team trained UMS officers in Disability Awareness, equipping them to lead their own training for staff and management. This effort aims to make the university more accessible for everyone. We also audited 90 buildings for accessibility, providing the Vice Chancellor with a report and recommendations to improve campus facilities. This project is a step towards creating an inclusive environment for all at UMS.
